By reviewer familyshowmaker 2007-03-18 16:34:27I find it troublesome to mix the right amount of this concentrate with water. When I do use it, I'm not certain if the product just doesn't clean all that well or I over-diluted it. Report this review Your take
By reviewer cchen 2007-03-31 23:06:26I first heard about the product from my daughter's preschool. It cleans without a lot of the toxic chemicals - so many of the schools like to use it. It's concentrated so you have to dilute it but that makes it very economically since you can get 10x the use out of 1 bottle compared to other products. I sometimes do forget to dilute it since it comes in a spray bottle. It doesn't seem to do any harm on surfaces - even undiluted. It's easy to find too since Simple Green has been on the market for many years. Report this review Your take
By reviewer SydneyK 2007-04-06 16:22:28By chance, I found it in Ace Hardware while waiting to get my keys copied. Tried it and thought it was as good as the cleaning products that are twice the price. When I first used it, I did not realized that it was highly concentrated and that I should dilute before use. Used as a general daily wipe down and you can get away with diluting it to 20x. So when you buy a 16 oz bottle, effectively you have 20 bottles, making the cost very low. What makes Simple Green LESS satisfactory to me is that they do conduct animal testing on rabbits and others (stated on their Material Safety Data Sheet). Since there are quite a few other choices in effective cleaning products that cruelty free, I personally will not use this one regularly Report this review Your take
By reviewer hfosth 2007-06-21 10:57:25I used Simple Green for several years and recently switched to Seventh Generation products. It does a decent job of cleaning and it is very cost effective, however the smell is pretty overpowering and I found that it leaves a residue build-up over time - especially on floors.
