I used to regularly take the bikram yoga class (taught by Johnny) and really enjoyed it. After 90 minutes stretching and holding poses in the heated room, I felt rejuvenated and energized. Really enjoyed this class in the winter time, when it was cold outside. Popular class especially after work - can get crowded.
After becoming pregnant, I tried their prenatal yoga class. It was much more athletic and challenging than I would have expected for a prenatal class. Some yoga students may enjoy this athletic challenge and want a serious workout during their pregnancy but I was looking for something that focused more on easing lower back pain and other pregnancy discomforts. So, not my cup of tea.
