By reviewer cstudt 2007-04-01 17:37:38I decided to try EcoLimo to make at least a small difference in petroleum consumption, and to break up the monotony of the Lincoln Town Cars I always end up in from other car services. Overall, EcoLimo provided a good service. The airport pick up experience was excellent-- driver was waiting for me and extremely courteous. The Biodiesel Mercedes was spotless and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was the small details that brought down an otherwise excellent experience. I'm still waiting to receive a receipt, which means I can't submit my travel expenses to my accounting department. Here's a suggestion-- how about giving customers their receipt when you drop them off?! Also, evey time I call, no one seems to know the EcoLimo rate between San Francisco airport and my house. According to their website, it seems to be comparable to other car services I have used, but I'll have to reserve judgement until I actually see a receipt...still waiting EcoLimo.
