Raw milk is unlike pasturized milk products - it is so much more delicious and is supposed to have a lot less histamines than pasturized milk. By reviewer hfosth 2007-03-09 21:36:34I recently switched our family to this milk and have really enjoyed the difference. My 4 1/2 year old son will now ask for a glass of whole milk by itself for a snack! At first I was very hesitant to serve my family raw dairy products, but I did research on Organic Pastures and they are a very well-run dairy. I plan to visit later this month. (They have an open door policy.) It's expensive but I think that's the cost of a high quality product. Report this review |
