The first day of service, I was dissappointed to find that they messed up my order, and instead of sending me 1small and 2 mediums, they sent me 3 newborn covers. The best they could do to fix the problem was to mail me the right covers, which was going to take 3 days. I live in Novato, so I drove all the way up to Sacramento with my 8 week old baby, an hour and a half away to fix their mistake. The customer service is pretty good, they are all friendly. And she let me change his diaper and breastfeed him in their office since I had just driven 1.5 hours to exchange the covers. All I got was a sorry. I think I deserved a free cover or box of tushie wipes, I mean, they screwed up their first day on the job. The service has been good, I like the covers and the prefolds. The guy is always here at 8am sharp. Very pricey, but I'm okay with that.
